Signature Required for all Deliveries:

JewelNet.com requires a signature for all packages delivered regardless of any waivers that you have signed with FedEx. These requirements are for your protection. If you would like to arrange delivery to a FedEx location, you may call one of our customer service agents at 888-968-4877.

Since your purchase might be a surprise, we are extremely flexible to help you with that special occasion. We can expedite your order if possible and ship to an alternate address other then your home to help you maintain the surprise. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for your special requests.

If You Need Your Package Sooner:

If you would like to receive your purchase sooner then our Free FedEx Standard Overnight shipping (4:30 PM next day), then we suggest you contact us at 888-968-4877 or email CustomerService@JewelNet.com so we can expedite your shipping needs based on FedEx delivery services within your area.

FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping:
All Packages maybe eligible to upgrade for an additional $5.50 charge at check out if FedEx Services are applicable in your area.

FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping with Saturday Delivery:
This is available in most areas. If you need your package to arrive on Saturday you can upgrade at check out for an additional $24.50.

APO/ FPO Shipments:
APO / FPO Addresses: Ship via free U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
Please note that APO / FPO Shipments are not eligible for shipping upgrades

International Addresses:
Ship via Free FedEx International Priority however you will be responsible for customs, duties, V.A.T. (value-added taxes) and any other charges other than shipping.
