Return Policy
JewelNet.com offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy – We want you to have the confidence that when you purchase one of our extraordinary pieces of jewelry you’ll be completely satisfied. If for any reason you feel that your purchase is not what you expected or that it is not to your liking, you have 30 days to return it to us. The following conditions apply to all returns:
    1) All items must be returned within 30 days of signed receipt of your purchase.

    2) Items may not be worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way; if so, the item will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to you and a credit will not be issued.

    3) Jewelry items will only be accepted for return if the item comes in its original packaging materials, security tags attached & unaltered and documentation intact.

    4) Loose JewelNet.com Created Diamonds are not supplied with security tags but will come with the Appraisal and Diamond Certificate of Authenticity. They must be in the original condition the jewel was shipped, free of any scratches, chips or any marks indicating that the diamond was mounted or set.

    5) If you would prefer to exchange your purchase for another selection from JewelNet.com, you may return your item as per conditions 1-4 above and receive 100% credit towards any new item you select.

    6) WE ARE SORRY BUT ALL CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGNS ARE NON-CANCELABLE, NON- RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. CUSTOM JEWELRY INCLUDES ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE ON THE JEWELNET.COM WEB SITE FOR PURCHASE. WE WILL MAKE YOU AWARE AT THE TIME OF YOUR PURCHASE IF THE ITEM YOU ARE REQUESTING IS A CUSTOM DESIGN AND MAY REQUIRE THAT YOU SIGN A FORM THAT YOUR PURCHASE FALLS UNDER THESE CONDITIONS.

JewelNet.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears to be suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

90 Day Defective Warranty
Should your merchandise become defective within 90 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have one of our professional jewelers inspect it and determine the proper course of action. JewelNet.com stands behind our merchandise and will try to repair it to like new condition first - and should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued item, we will at your choosing, issue a credit to be used on some future purchase or issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. Repairs and replacements made within the 90 day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. Mysterious disappearance of items and lost center stones are excluded from any warranty. However products which have been modified by another third party jeweler or abused will not be covered under our free repair warranty. In the event that you have exceeded our 90 day warranty period, JewelNet.com will gladly repair your items upon your acceptance and approval of the charges. The return to us is free but the repair costs will be quoted to you before we begin any work and should you accept them, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repairs. Should you choose not to repair the item, we will ship your item back to you at no additional cost.

Our Return Process:
First you must request a JewelNet.com Return Authorization Code by calling 888-968-4877. Once your returned item is received your refund or new item for exchanged will be processed in generally 3 – 7 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by our Quality Control Department that it complies with conditions 1-5 in our Return Policy above. PLEASE BE ADVISED ITEMS SHOWING ANY SIGNS OF WEAR, HAVE HAD THE SECURITY TAG REMOVED OR HAVE BEEN ENGRAVED, ALTERED, RESIZED (RINGS MAY BE RESIZED BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN JEWELNET.COM IF WE PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION), OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY, CANNOT BE PROCESSED OR ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. Returns with no JewelNet.com Return Authorization Code marked clearly on the outside of the package, or packages that are not securely sealed or uninsured, unfortunately will be refused when received.

How to Return Your Item:

    1. First Obtain Your JewelNet.com Authorization Code. Call 888-968-4877 and you will be given a return Authorization Code, please have your original invoice in front of you so we can collect specific customer information from you. Write the return Authorization Code on the return sticker supplied with original invoice. Securely package up the box and affix this label to the outside of box you are returning.

    2. Package for Your Return. Include all packaging and collateral materials that you originally received with your shipment, that includes diamond appraisal and certificate of authenticity, gift box or other items. If these items are not returned by you, your shipment may not be eligible for return. It is important for insurance purposes that you do not write the JewelNet.com name anywhere on the box but use the return sticker provided.

    3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, the value of the item to be returned is listed as:

      Less then $500: You are able to ship through any carrier; IE: FedEx. UPS, USPO. Be sure to fully insure your package for the amount of purchase and get a signed receipt.

      More then $500: Ship the package via U.S. Postal Service Registered Return Mail Receipt. Make certain that you insure the package for the total value of the item and request a return receipt confirmation that your shipment has reached us and we have signed for it.

It is important that you follow these instructions exactly; we want to be able to serve you in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason. However, failure to following the above procedures may prevent the processing of your return.
